What The Full Report Adds

The free check shows the headline for each measure. The full report sets out the evidence behind each figure, ready to share with lenders, investors, and partners.

  • Workplaces and jobs. Every workplace within 5 km, with jobs by industry.
  • NHS trusts. Staff in post, leavers, joiners, and stability for each trust nearby, compared with similar trusts.
  • Vacancies. NHS vacancy rates for the region, for nursing and for all staff.
  • Affordability by pay band. Rent compared with pay for five worker profiles, with the monthly gap and the discount each would need.
  • Shift journeys. Door-to-door journey times by public transport to the five nearest hospitals, for early, night, late, and Sunday shifts.
  • Job adverts. Live NHS jobs near the site by staff group, pay band, and employer, school jobs by role, and the trend in online adverts for each key worker group: nurses, care workers, doctors, allied health, teachers, teaching assistants, and police, fire, and prison officers.

We prepare each report to order and confirm the fee before we start.

How The Results Work

Each result compares the site with the rest of England. High means the site ranks above three quarters of places or trusts. Low means it ranks below a quarter. The results describe the evidence today rather than forecasting lettings or rents. How each result is worked out.
