Key Worker Housing For Owners And Operators

Occupied.

List blocks and portfolios. See verified demand from employers nearby, and answer it on your terms.

Why leave homes empty while people who work next door can’t find one?

Demand Around Your Site

A free first look at the public evidence for key worker homes near your site, anywhere in England: employer demand, recruitment pressure, rents against pay, and journeys to work.

Pooled demand, separate promises. Answer several employers with one block. Each employer is responsible only for what they agree with you.

Subscribers will see demand by workplace, with budgets and move dates, once ten or more people have registered near it. How we count verified demand.

What A Discount Costs You

Bulk demand does not make the numbers better by itself. Compare an employer contract with the open market before you agree a lower rent.

Annual Subscription

Owners and operators pay one annual subscription for each scheme they list. The subscription is priced on the beds the scheme has under its planning permission, in bands of fifty. It does not change with how many of those beds you list. It is invoiced annually in advance, on a rolling 12-month term. Employers post their staff’s housing needs free, and residents never pay us.

  • Three published rates: one for NHS trusts and councils that hold or lease homes, one for housing associations, and one for developers, funds, and operators, including student accommodation.
  • A yearly cap for each NHS trust, council, or housing association, across all their schemes.
  • A scheme that is not yet complete counts as fifty beds until practical completion.
  • Rates are reviewed each January. Founding partners keep their subscription rates for two years. Founding terms close on 31 January 2027.

What A Subscription Includes

  • You may list every bed at the scheme, including as coming soon before completion.
  • We prepare the listing from the planning permission and your materials, for your approval.
  • Your scheme will be visible to employers that post staff requirements nearby, and to their staff searching for homes.
  • Each scheme will have a dashboard of the data the platform records on it: enquiries, registered interest, applicants by employer and role (as totals, never names), time to let, and competing supply nearby.
  • When the investor view opens, investors will be able to see your scheme’s evidence, with your consent.
  • Dashboard and listing features released during the beta are included.

Site demand reports, asset assessments, portfolio monitoring, and premium market data are priced separately, as each is offered.
